I tried touching up a little area with gibby ebony laccy marker. At first it was a little lighter than the clear coated reranch black. Then I clear coated it and the gibbo mark is now darker. Is there anyway to get rid of the gibson mark without repainting? I did some wet sanding but it didn't work.

In a word: no.

Shades of black are some of the hardest colours to touch up, beacuse it's not easy to differentiate between the various shades. Using the exact same finish as you did originally would help, and touch-ups are rarely entirely invisible.
