Want fast playing, get an Ibanez wizard profile, or a Fender, or a Gibson!!! There is no right answer, the neck ain't going to make you fast, you are going to be fast or not. As for the screw size and all the technical questions, you found Stew Mac site, All the measurements that you need are there, no need to be asking, just look for the part that you want to buy, ans looks on the specs... Please, please, please do your homework, 99% of the people here has done theirs, and are willing to help you out as long as you make a little effort!!!
