radrobgray Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 I live in Utah and the average humidity is 60%. i am going to the philippines this summer for a month(going to see grandparents and to 2 weddings). i plan on buying a electric guitar there and bringing it back wiht me. the humidity there is 82% but, probably more becuase it will be rainy season. so will the 82% to 60% humidity change make the neck warp? will i have any other problems such as the paint checking and cracking? i will probably by a ibanez rg550 or better while there if thats any help.
