I don't know what brands make what sounds, so I'm asking to find out. I'm looking for a bluesy sound with an edge. Think Smashing Pumpkins meets Oasis. Any advise would be more than welcome. Thank You. you're going to get a lot of differing opinions..everyone has their favorite pickups but the end result has to be yours..let me suggest that you go to the different manufacturers websites and do a little research. most of them will have good descriptions of what their pickups sound like and many have sound samples that you can play and actually hear the pups. good luck on your search.
