I tried searching on this but there are only so many queries above 4 characters for this.

I just wired up an A/B box and it sounds really good, doesn't add any noise, doesn't color my tone, etc.. However, the one this it's supposed to do, it doesn't do well. When I switch channels, there is a large 'pop.' Is there any easy remedy to this? I'm using a DPDT toggle.

try reading this it could also be because you are switching from high to low gain ( i think the jcm2000 marshalls had that problem) geofex is a great site for anything to do with guitar electroninics, as its liad out in iframes you wont see it all go to www.geofex.com

try putting 1M resisitors from the hot to ground on all the jacks. May help a bit. If the noise is the switch there isnt alot you can do to sort it! a noisy switch is a noisy switch!
