Tunner Problem

Got a cheap accoustic and on one of the tuners on the back of the head the screw is too loose in the wooden thread, therefore not holding the screw in place. To fix this I am guessing the old toothpick/glue/ idea is best suited correct? I am only posting to make sure it's not a quick fix but the best fix possible.

that's the method i always pick...get it..pick? man, i just crack myself up sometimes.

seriously..that's exactly how i'd fix it and it works great.

A lot of times if the hole is just slightly stripped I'll dab some Titebond on the screw and thread it in. I've never lost one yet.
