But Just today I did the stupidest thing ever! I didnt completely tape up the fretboard! Unfortunately some of my duplicolor acrylic laquer (I think) got onto it. Southpa Posted September 10, 2006 Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 Not a big problem, is the lacquer a color or clear? If the lacquer is still relatively fresh a little soak and rub with acetone on a rag should remove it. If its cured solid then you might need to sand it out.
