But Just today I did the stupidest thing ever! I didnt completely tape up the fretboard! Unfortunately some of my duplicolor acrylic laquer (I think) got onto it. WHat should I do?, It also got onto the frets! Ill post some pics later Quote
Southpa Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Not a big problem, is the lacquer a color or clear? If the lacquer is still relatively fresh a little soak and rub with acetone on a rag should remove it. If its cured solid then you might need to sand it out. A little 000 steel wool will clean the frets. Quote
