Pickup Lead Wire

As I understand it wire thats on most pickups is Standard meaning there is more than one piece of wire wraped together and soilderd, Can Solid strand wire be used?

You can use whatever you want as long as it'll conduct electricity.

Stranded is much better to use. While Solid will technically work, it is more prone to bending and breaking. Stranded is much easier to work with and more reliable to a guitar application.
