Pretty cynical attitude, no? Jeremey built a 9/11 guitar, too. Just because you build something doesn't mean you're "capitolizing on a huge tragedy" y'know. I have a healthy level of cynicism about them. As far as I can tell that page is a gallary of one-off guitars. The assumption that it's going to be a mass marketed thing seems to be a bit unfair.
