Emg 81/85 Pups - Battery Clip/holder Needed!

Hiya folks - i am in the middle of finishing building my custom geetar with the EMG81/85 combination :D

What i am looking for is a simple way of attaching/securing the battery to the guitar body in the cavity, so that it does rattle around (without using velcro :D !)etc. i was looking at this http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_p...nting_Clip.html , but as im in the UK, a 50p item will cost me £12 to get here! (not a chance!) and as such i was wondering if there was anyone in the UK who know where i could source one of these - the closest i have got so far is http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?Module...ery&doy=6m1 but i wanted it in metal as the plastic might deteriorate over time...

Any ideas oh oracles of the project guitar forum? B)

Metal is more likely to deteriorate over time than plastic! Plastic is more likely to accidentally break, though.

If you're a creative type, there are plenty of ways you could make one on your own, using nothing more than a dead 9V battery (pry it open and steal the top connector thingies) and some ingenuity.
