Polishing Frets

I bought the Stewmac Dremel polishing wheels.

I have a neck with huge fret and want to polish them but

I never got any instructions.

At what speed should I use them.....any suggestions.

Also the fret size is too big so what do you do with the wheels.

Just looking for some guidance.

This won't help you right now, but maybe in the future if you decide to buy this stuff:

I use the micro-mesh stuff that stewmac sells. It really shines those bastards up nicely without having to use any compound or tools. It's a bit expensive but that stuff is awesome!
