I play in my room and my amp is turned a bit towards the window, summer coming in so it's getting hot and the window is being opened. They have been keeping all their windows open and one of them is about 15-20 ft straight across from mine. I don't play particularly loud but just enough over bedroom level that my dad hears me playing outside with all doors/windows closed.........
