AIR Posted May 21, 2008 Report Share Posted May 21, 2008 Hello, I have a hofner 500/1 bass, and in the past 2 years there is progressive corrosion of its metal parts. Screws got rusted, pickups and tail became green. Replaced the screws and polished the pickups and tail, but now it's coming back. Any suggestions? Some kind of coating maybe? Thanks.
