Old Rocker
Looking pretty good. I'm going to use tru-oil on the body and the neck but first, gotta get the stuff. EDIT: can't find tru-oil so I got clear gloss poly instead. Edited August 14, 2008 by Old Rocker
X1TX
You can even get Tru Oil at Wally Mart. Look where the sporting goods / guns are. Or check out a gun store.

I was at walmart and got all my stuff there. I was going to do poly at first before I read about tru-oil. They had poly there so I grabbed it. Old Rocker
Either I'm not a good wiper or the weather's too extreme as the coats did not go very smoothly. Did a lot of sanding in between to level 'em but after the 3rd coat I got the gloss so I stopped. I can always redo it in the future but right now I put the guitar together and set it up. Wow, it sounds sweet and the neck is very smooth playing. My hand felt right at home with the 10" radius fretboard so that's what I needed. My other two guitars are 12" radiuses (Gibson SG and Buck Dharma Signature). Edited August 15, 2008 by Old Rocker
