jaycee
I am almost ready to glue the fretboard onto the neck. The nut will sit on the neck sandwiched between the headstock plate and the fretboard. The route for the truss rod, ends where the headstock begins, so you can see the very end of the rod when the nut is not in place. At the body end the rod extends into it for 65mm, enough to make any adjustments. Is this acceptable, will I have any problems doing it this way in the future, or should I fill in the end of the channel which will bring the rod further into the body?
