HuntinDoug
A friend of mine has wanted me to do a mirror top treatment to his Washburn Paul Stanley model for a couple years now. I finally got it done. Normally I rout out the body, but he wanted to change it back to the original state if needed. So, the mirror is top mounted with carpet tape. The top has a slight arch to it, so it was quite a challenge. I know one thing...I will never do one like this again. It will be displayed with some other guitars on the main wall in his KISS room. pauliemc
Very cool. Good move with the plexi. Real glass would have required either raising the binding around the whole top, or lots of surgery on his arms after he played it Did you cut all the pieces by hand or on your Romax ?
