rockinrobert Posted January 18, 2004 Report Share Posted January 18, 2004 The dog clip attatches to the tailpiece for sure, the strap loops under the neck and around the body...how it is secured there I am not positive. rockinrobert Posted January 18, 2004 Report Share Posted January 18, 2004 Here are a couple of pics....none of them show the dog clip very well, but they do show the loop under the neck. But I am positive the dog clip just attatches to the lower part of the tailpiece. It wore a mark in Pauls original bass. BTW, Paul uses regular strap buttons nowadays. I just can not figure hot the Dog clip and leather pieces fir into a button??? I can not load the pics you posted.......can you email them?
