Matia
hello there! Had a chat today to a guy that swears blind he knows someone that used a paste type substance to fill his neck inlays. Which means he routed them out and then pasted in the substance ( whatever it was ) and then sanded that down. has anyone ever heard of this and is the technique any use? I can forsee many problems with smearing into the grain of the neck and should imagine it could be really messy! Or is it a lot easier than the traditional inlay techniques? Brian
A lot of people use a simular technique with epoxies. I myself will be doing it this week and probably making a mini tutorial out of it.
