ansil Posted February 4, 2004 Report Share Posted February 4, 2004 you can take the pickups and put iron ferrite on a sheet of paper and drop the pickups in it. this will let you know where the pole pieces are if they aren't already exposed on your pickups.. som pickups are sealed and have pole pieces some have barrs taht go all the way across. you would need ot see if they can line ujp.. although you can do it if they dont' you will more than likely have dead spots Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
