If I got a template, will everything correctly fall into place?

So I got a truss rod from stew mac and it is the low profile 18 inch rod for electric guitars. So I have a 25-26 inch piece of white limba. I know you have to put straight down the middle and cut and ream to the right diameter. It's hypothetically in right, so I am using a template from stew mac (58 strat neck template) When I trace and cut everything, will everything like the nut, fretboard and stuff fall right into place? I got a template for this reason.  My main question is, when everything is cut and routed, I can put my truss rod on, then my neck and nut and go on?

The template will certainly help you and if there are markers on the template that can be good.  A template it not a replacement for measuring.  You will still need to measure the scale length and length of the fretboard etc to establish your nut placement.

I wouldn’t rely on templates alone, I view templates that they are to get a rough shape close to where I want. Then measuring and shaping gets me the rest of the way.

as you are new to this I advise looking up fletchers hand made guitars on YouTube. He has an excellent strat build series that will show you what to expect throughout.

Exactly what @willliam_q said. Read that again.

Even with the best templates there's always some play as the builder is not a precision instrument. A hiccup and your hand moves inadvertedly while using a router and the accuracy is gone...
