bowser Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 if you can get the image you want on a piece of paper - scan the cover, find a pic on the net, etc. - then you can follow the material finish tutorial... Quote

NewHalen5150 Posted February 23, 2004 Author Report Posted February 23, 2004 yeah but if you get it copied on to paper wouldn't the filler and laq ruin the paper and the image would be all jazzed up.. Quote
NewHalen5150 Posted February 26, 2004 Author Report Posted February 26, 2004 so I I go to kinkos and have them blow up a image onto a big ass piece of paper, then cut it out to the body, and then laquer it ona few thousand times that will work? It won't mess up the image on the paper when I apply the Laq will it..?? Quote
Brian Posted February 27, 2004 Report Posted February 27, 2004 Always do a test first but as long as your starting out with a fine mist coat to top it you shouldn't have that big of a problem. It's the people that think they have to drench it in clearcoat right off the bat that find themselves in trouble fast. Quote
