fguihen Posted February 15, 2003 Report Share Posted February 15, 2003 i dont seem to have set the guitar up 100% correct. when i fret a note and try to bend that note up a full step using the trem , the string hits into the fretboard and stops vibrating. i have the string height at the correct height and if i raise the posts any further , the string height will be to high. is this just a limitation of a trem??o, is it really necessary to loosen the bridge totally before changing post height, for small adjustments??
