Volume Dial

It depends on how it's attached to the stem of the pot. If it has a tiny hole in the side of the volume knob then you have an allen head screw in there you need to tighten down after it's mounted. If it's a plastic "speed knob" type and the stem has a split in it just gently open up the space in between the 2 stems where it's split and push the knob back on. I have seen some with a split stem and an allen screw so you have to make sure you tighten the allen screw against the metal of the stem and not into the space between.

I hope that makes sense!!

Its a split shaft.

So what I understand from those posts are that I gently open the split a bit and then just pop the dial back on?

Just double checking and aking sure thats right before I do more damage.
