Paint fumes are highly flammable, so you can't just mount a fan and blow the fume out. For spraying a paint booth is highly recommended, but very costly.

I have a covered hence waterproofed electric motor outside my small shop that uses a belt to turn a fan that is mounted on a vent on the wall of my shop. It moves dust and overspray outside fairly well.

It is cheap and the fan is well out of the way of the fumes.
