Doing some Fretted and fretless FRETBOARDS and Want to know what WOODS are recommended. I was thinking Walnut, fairly cheap, but WARMOTH didn't recommend it for fingerboards. Looking for a laquer or clear coat for covering a printed Textile or Paper layer on a guitar body, to get a finish like IBANEZ JEM 77FP or 77BFP. Anyone knows how to cover it without damaging the print?
