  8. correct. A double truss rod is always a good idea
  9. A double truss rod (or should I say "rods") dosen't require adjusting according to the weather and such, but it does add a little weight to the neck and some people really think this weight is sooo bad. I always put (or used to put) double truss rods in my guitars, espically here in minnesota.

  14. I'm doing a school report and I need to know if the length of a guitar's nut affects the sound. Isn't it really just a player preference?

  16. I just finished re wiring a epiphone and it was a fuc**** bit**. I mean, it didn't seem like a big task, but it just kicked my ass. Oh well, at least it's grounded good
  17. I think their worth the extra money. All my personal guitars now either have been fitted with them of come with a variant. On the guitars I build, a hardtail bridge comes standard with graphite string savers.

  20. I've tried this too, and noticed thats it's VERY slow. I went to a friends house, ect and even with a T1!! internet connection it still takes forever. I've seen it badly on the member pics and tutortiuals
