  1. I don't really have a good picture of the drums. I have a picture of them set up without the mesh drum heads (they are still in the package).
  2. All this stuff has been replaced and no longer need this stuff. We are getting ready to replace the stuff that replaced this stuff and we need money.
  3. I figured out why mine looked different...it's not a P-90. It's a 1963 DeArmond.
  4. I'm in Canton, Ohio. The ThinkPad is a 133Mhz. I don't know if you realize how bad that sucks, but the burner doesn't work well with it. The burner is a 4x, but at that rate, the computer can't keep up. If you like waiting an hour to burn a CD, it will work. Rob - LGM - What if I just take it up to Canda myself?

  6. Yeah, it works! It has the pot that can control how fast it blinks and everything. I'm just working on refinishing the body. I want a biohazard sign on it somewhere, but I can't find a good place for it.
  7. I have a P-90 pickup and it has this white tin thing on the bottom that sticks out the side. That's where the screw holes are. I was looking on eBay, and I didn't see anything like this on any other P-90. In fact, I didn't see how the P-90 is supposed to stay in a guitar at all.
  8. I'll take a picture of my LED guitar neck soon. I used 5mm LEDs and they were bigger than the fretboard, but they have a lot of acrylic that can be sounded down. I just took the LEDs to my grinder until they were about the same size as the fretboard, then I just had to do a little final sanding to get them to fit almost perfect.
  9. The pickups are EMGs and a P-90...there isn't anything else all that great. I'm thinking 4 auctions: EMGs (2 single coil), P-90, neck, and body with rest of electric crap.
  10. How did you do the side LEDs? I got my LED neck done, but the body needed refinishing. It's too cold outside to work on it, so I'm going to have to wait. I couldn't figure out how to do the sides.
  11. I'm getting ready to put a guitar I won't be able to complete on eBay. I was wondering if I should part the stupid thing out (body, neck, pickups, gig bag), or just sell the whole thing as a project. I seen some Jackson reverse headstock necks go for about the same as a Jackson Dinky with a reverse headstock neck. What's going to get me more money?
  12. 600 watt amp with XLR inputs is way too much. Would 200 watts work?
  13. I was using a powered mixer, but I hated it. Now, I want a Mackie mixer for the PA, but I need something to power the speakers. I was looking at power amps and found some cheap ones. I don't really know what I'm looking for. I want to run 2 main speakers and 4 floor monitors, with the possibility of adding 2 more main speakers. Am I going to need 3 or 4 power amps? If the speakers are 600 watts at 4 ohms, 1200 watts peak, do I want an amp that between 600 and 1200 watts? I'm looking at one right now that 2 channels, 600 watts at 4 ohms each channel. Would that work?
  14. I would rather not modify the body. If I were, I would got the bigger EMGs. I have another guitar this pickup is going in, so I can't take the screws out of them. What would I cut the 6 screws with, dremel cutting disc?
  15. Thanks! It makes sound, but I am still having problems
  16. On my new pickup, the pole pieces (I think they are called pole pieces, the screws that come of the bottom) are longer than my original pickup. They only way it fits is at an angle, and the back sticks up too high and the strings hit it. My original one had smaller screws and two foam strips on each side that I'm guessing was used to make sure the pickup was level. My new pickup came with a ring, but I hate rings and it won't fit anyway. Can I cut the screws, or get smaller ones for it, and should I add strips of foam? Where would I get the foam and does it any to be anything special?
  17. I have an Ibanez I want to put a Seymour Duncan in, but the wires aren't the same. The Ibanez is a bare wire to the bottom of a pot, a red wire to 5 way switch, and a white wire to 5 way switch. The SD has red, white, green, and black. If red and white were the same, and green was ground, then what do I do with black, hot output? The Ibanez has 2 humbucks, 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 5 way switch. All 8 pins on the switch have at least one wire, unlike the SD schematic for the 2 humbuckers.
  18. The blue wire that goes nowhere looks like a speaker wire (clear with a copper wire inside), don't know if that means anything. I'm looking through schematics, but should be looking for 2 or 3 pickup schematics? There's really 3, 2 EMGs and a P90, but I think the EMGs are supposed to act like a humbucker. There is a 3 way switch, 2 knobs and a Mic1/Mic2 knob, so 3 knobs total. Would that just be like a 1 volume, 2 tones?
  19. What kind of bridge and knobs does it have, and does it have the Mic 1/Mic 2 thing?
  20. I was thinking about getting some Young Guitar magazines. They have all the good guitarists interviews and lessons, but they're a little pricey. The thing that worries me is the whole Japanese thing. It says 12-20 pages are translated. That doesn't seem like enough. Just wondering if the other pages are tabs and pictures and therefore don't need to be translated, or if I could only understand part of it. I want the Alexi Laiho DVD lesson!
  21. I don't understand what mic1/mic2 does and how this 3 way switch is supposed to work.
  22. That kind is only on eBay. He makes a bunch, then sells them all at once. He just got done selling some. If you want one like that, you have to wait. It's kinda irratating me, too.
