Id just carefully go round it with a brand new razor blade... Sanding will make it go fluffy and will probably need scraping again afterwards anyway

how can i fix it? its almost all the way gone now. ive got two coats of clear on... im gonna sand it back tommorow and try to cut that back and a run that ive got... other than that its looking like it may be alright;
Sounds like blush which is trapped moisture. Can be caused by humidity. Sometimes It can go away on its own if you leave it in a dry room for a couple of days. Or you can use blush remover (flow out) which basically softens the last few layers of nitro and lets the moisture escape. Pretty sure you can buy that stuff anywhere but I know for a fact that Reranch sells it

Actually no its not as the string is wrapped the other way around the posts...so you will have to turn it backwards
