    Great custom !! Congrats. Zamar looks absolutely stunning. Personally I'm a big fan of blue, and the combination with that flamed top is absolutely beautiful ! Is that all chrome hardware? Cheers, Joten

    Yeah, I think a plunge router would be the best option. You have more control over the thing. As for Jigs and templates, Stewmac.com has some of these. Another option is to make your templates yourself. Cheers, Joten
