i got a free violin bow and it seems to be in good order but does anyone have any tips for using it effectively (ala jimmy page)
any help would be much appreciated(unless its useless in which case i hope that all of your fingers turn into wax crayons )
i'm using cans, the main problem is when i try to spray around the edges of the top of just the sides, i get the same problem when varnishing, except thats using a brush
ok, most of what i have found so far has been nothing like the prs bridge.
on the mccarty you cant adjust the intonation, but i think i may have found what you're looking for, cheap too....allparts
item number GB2565-001
on dave gilmours new dvd he uses a pedal on the intro to 'shine on you crazy diamond' this is an acoustic version and he uses the pedal to sustain a chord to replicate the synths on the original.
it looks like a digitech whammy pedal except its white
any ideas what it is and where i can get one????
ps pm me
wd(wendy davis) sells them.
follow the link and search for wraparound tailpieces. they have ones specifically for prs. i guess these are an exact copy.
ps. you are exactly 7 years older than me
... what i'm looking for is similar but the 'flakes' are a whole lot smaller.
i got metallic blue which has got glitter in it but i can't find the same but with black paint.
thanks though....LOL
i would have thought (having just done a big physics exam) that if you stripped all of the wire off of the magnet and started turning wire onto it again then you could turn that into a strong electromagnet by connecting this to a battery. you would have to have a lot of turns on the coil though.
IS THIS SAFE?
no, the candy apple red and colours like that have a special liquid in them that causes the glitter to sit at different angles so that it reflects light
i've found in the past when making small objects out of acylic that if you just rough up the surface with sand paper and buff for ages then it becomes perfect. of course you need a buffing machine to do this because you need quite a lot of pressure.
