  2. Thanks! sure, I'll finish it with nitro applied with brush... What do you mean with chip/discolor?... sorry, I don't understand...
  3. well... I use glasses (to see), so I fill uncomfortable with small white masks while working on wood... I only use a mask when working with bone or MOP.

  12. I was expecting the joke about the pink towel... sorry, I didn't focus on the color of the towel while working on wood... XD Yes, I work in my apartment... I make the 'dirty' job in the balcony but I have a little 'workship' in a room... my neighbors are more noisy than me, I don't care. thanks for comments!
  13. I bought the hardtail in eBay, it cost exactly... errrm... $15 XD it looks good, but sure there are better bridges out there. However, it's very difficult to buy 'inexpensive' parts for a 7 string, I had to buy 2 complete hedstocks to get the extra tuner... anyway, you always can upgrade them later. Yes, as I said at beginning, I started the project 2 months ago... sorry, I feel a bit 'insecure' in this forum, there are too much serious builders here. I live in Almería, south of Spain... thanks for comments!
  14. Routing for binding... Binding time... Giving a security contour, ready for carved... Carving the top... And the finished product... Also carved the whole back... That's all for now... it still needs the fret job, but near to completion. Hope you like it!
  15. More pictures... Rough carve in the neck back... Side dots made of bone... Neck carving... Dot markers and fretboard with 16" radio...
