(jk) afa moog pcb... not sure I'd want to do a layout for this! one look at the schematic and my thoughts are: eh, I'd just build a few other simple pedal circuits and chain em together in there. You could go all out and try to do your own layout for that exact circuit... but I suspect you are going to have issues finding those transistors. tl022 is avail and so is cd4007. Looking at the diagram @mistermikev linked to made me want to get more beer to forget all about such things ever been suggested to a guitar.
