silvertonessuckbutigotone Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 i did a search and couldnt find anything what i want to do is have some black and some white epoxy in an inlay and swirl it around with a toothpick or something, i probably wont actually do this, but it was just an idea that popped into my head, all that stew mac sells is clear and black epoxy, what can i use to make white epoxy? any suggestions would be appreciated Quote
Drak Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Tints-All Flake White. Maybe $3.00 for a tube. Stew-Mac sells it I think. Blend a little into your epoxy, it doesn't take much, practice on scrap first. Quote
skibum5545 Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 white chalk dust. I've seen it work with all sorts of colors, not white specifically but it works in practice for other colors. Quote
lovekraft Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Has anybody ever tried adding pearl powder (like HOK Ice Pearls) to clear or tinted epoxy? I've never tried it, but it always sounded like a cool idea to check out. Quote
