dirk_gently
So my guitar buzzes a lot. It's been buzzing a little bit for the past year and I haven't had the resources to get it fixed. My guess from what I read is that it needs to be re-wired but I'm not completely sure on how to go about it. I have a book that briefly touches on the subject but I haven't been able to find anything extensive on the topic. Also, I'm not sure if re-wiring will even fix the problem. I also heard from some one that layering the inside of the body around where the wires are with tin-foil would work too. Can any one point me in the right direction here? Thanks

truerussian558
more specifically here, great overall shielding and grounding mod, can fix many problems arising from shady wiring and ground loops and the such (probably about 90% of all noise problems)
