Anyone Ever Try To Build A Micro-tilt Neck?

I am putting a tune-o-matic bridge on my tele project. I was counting on needing to shim the neck a bit to get the right angle and this got me thinking, could I build in a micro-tilt style adjustment? What do they entail? Any thoughts?
