budbostick
How hard or if possible do you think it would be for me (i have never built a guitar) to build an explorer body for a warmoth neck that I have already purchased. The body will be mahogany with a 1/4 inch think bubinga top. I've already bought the wood so theres no turning back. Also what would be the toughest part to do? I am also going to have help with a guy who is a professional woodworker but has no experience with guitars. (he made a link chain out of a piece of wood without glue). I preciate it. thedoctor
I'm gonna say the body routing is going to be the most trying task ahead of you. I must add, it sounds like you got the right guy helping. He is either very patient or has WAY too much spare time.
