Devon Headen
For figured woods I usually go for ebay. Everything else I get at local places. If I can't find it either of those places (very rare) I usually get it from gilmer wood, or gallery hardwoods.
Daniel Sorbera
I second the gilmer wood. I just orderd a peice of flamed bubinga and it looks amazing! The only problem I had is you have to order at least $100 USD worth of stuff. O well, it was a good excuse to get some ebony.

xebryusguitars
True, it is hard to find some nice mahogany blanks and mahogany has its ups and downs because its always hard to find a good piece. Cmbeers of BRT guitars knows whats hes doing and hes selling some mahogany at the moment. http://projectguitar.ibforums.com/index.php?showtopic=14464
