foolsfortune
Hi, I'm looking to build my first scratch guitar and I'm planning to build a mini guitar to use when travelling or for some of my wee relatives. I can't find info anywhere on the Stew Mac kits. Even Stew mac knows nothing about them. Does anyone here have an old catalog or company info? I'm mainly curious about the scale and fret spacing. I'd like to do a replica of my Paul Gilbert Ibanez or a Jem or an EBMMJP or.....you get the idea. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. Please email me at foolsfortune@hotmail.com Thanks Mike
acid_drop
umm the only thing thats smaller is the body i think at least thats the deal with the mini guitars at my guitar shop and they use a reg neck and everything its just that the body is much smaller
PaulNeeds
What about a steinberger clone? No headstock, small body, but fully functioning AND it'll balance...
westhemann
i think this is what he means unfortunately you will have a hard time finding just a neck at that scale but you could always build your own.it is a 19"scale.
