krazyderek
Ok well i was talking with my friend and sent him a couple of my recordings i did on my little studio, (zoom mrs 1044) and i use all the built in effects which are good but i wanted something more real but mic'ing my amp is just to darn time consumming and loud (i like to record at 11pm-4am). So he sujested this little direct box that plugs in between ur and head and cab. PDI 09 - Filtered Guitar DI Box pic 135.00$ I couldn't beleive it, cause i love my little roland amp but i can never seem to mic the sound that i hear when i play it!!!!! http://www.palmerdirect.com/pdi09.htm http://www.palmerdirect.com/products.html He said alot of poeple use them, and i mean it seems like a really good idea, just woundering if anyone has here has ever heard of them being used or tried one them selves? PaulNeeds
I've tried lots of toys, but I always come back to a good condensor mic a few feet from the speakers to get the sound I hear in the room. And I sympathise about when you want to play... believe me I do!
