Jehle
Back when I first started taking guitar lessons, my teacher had this big Gretch Country Gentleman. He was really into Chet Atkins. Now that I've made a guitar or two, I'm starting to think towards making something like that Gretch. Melvyn didn't cover anything like this in his book. Are there any good books that cover making a guitar like the Gretch? Any good websites? Thanks!
Jehle
I'll respond to myself to keep track of some links. http://www.geocities.com/ratedrs/archtops.html I would love to make a carved arch top guitar in the same body shape that I'm working on now (perhaps my trademark shape). Maybe someone could be crazy enough to make a JEM Jazz guitar?

guitar_ed
Howdy, LMII sells plans for an archtop. It is a Bennedetto, but that should be pretty darn close. Guitar Ed
