rokeros
Ok, I am still fairly new to stompboxes and do not have alot of money to spend on fancy echo tape machines or some valve powered preamp. So last week after some research and scrolling through music123, I finally ordered the following: Rocktron Short Timer Digital Delay Morley Pro Series II Wah/Volume DOD Overdrive Preamp/250 Danelectro FAB Distortion Danelectro FAB Chorus Danelectro FAB Flange Boss DS-1 Distortion Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer The pedals have finally arrived today, but I am struggling trying to put the pedals in the right order. All I know is that delay should be last or after distortion and so goes with the wah. But thats about it? So for you who are experts on effects pedals, what would you recommend be my order of pedals from guitar to amp? Thanks, Ash

rokeros
Thanks, it helped alot and is quite interesting. Here is what I ordered my fx pedals after reading the site: Guitar - Wah/Volume - Compression Sustainer - Overdrive Preamp - Distortion - Another distortion - Flange - Chorus - Delay - Bogner Tell me if i'm wrong or if anything that would be better in a certain place, however, I am quite confident that this is the suitable order.
