12056
im pretty sure its fine, but the bandsaw blade wasnt at a perfect 90 degree angle when i thinned out the head, so the it slightly tapers longways from about .6" to .5" thick. will that be ok? or should i glue a thin piece on and sand it down to correct thickness? thanks. thegarehanman
So is it thinner on one side(as in bass or treble side) or lengthwise? Because if it's lengthwise, a little taper is ok. Infact, builders like benedetto taper the headstock lengthwise on purpose. peace, russ
12056
its a 7-in-line, quite similar to an ibanez head, and it tapers on the side that will have the pegs.

JohnRossitter
I'm quite fond of the off shape headstock. I like to get after them with the drum sander and grind grooves into them that feel nice.
