wwwdotcomdotnet
I am thinking about dropping the cash on a Dremel Stylus. Does anyone have any experience with one to say yay or nay on getting one?
Mattia
What for? I already feel the regular full-size mains dremel is only just barly powerful enough for inlay work, and almost completely inadequate for anything else...
Lord-of-the-strings
I saw the ad on TV last night while watching Platoon on the Military Channel at a friend's while "preparing" for a concert tonight. It looks kind of neat, but I thought the shape would get in the way after so long, because not everyone likes holding something like you'd hold a pen. Dunno, I'd have to try it before I'd be set on buying one. Edited December 4, 2006 by Lord-of-the-strings
cole
I have one and I love it, but mainly for jobs where theres not alot of room. As for inlays, I think the biggest downfall to this dremel is that it has about as much rpm as the regular ones but it bogs down alot quicker. But dont get me wrong its a great tool, but its doesnt replace my regular dremel completely. I think its worth the 60 bucks I paid for it. Got any examples?
JohnRossitter
Cordless Dremels are useless. Unluess you can get your work done in under the five minutes it takes to spend the bat.

Christopher
I could see my self using it to polish hardware. I'm a perfectionist though.
