How Do You Make Prs Blue?

I remember about a couple months ago i was going through stewmac.com and i came across the recipe for colortone stains to achieve that special PRS blue. Now i can't seem to find any trace of it anywhere. Do any of you have a reciepe or know where to find it?

It is not "a special" PRS color, he just noted how to attain the same type of finish! Look on the forum for any staining tutorial, it is a stain dark and sand back technique, mostly done with black first, but you can do it with any darker shade in the beginning that will compliment the top color.
