vwall
well, here is a bit of a conflict in interest but its good all the way around. In addition to the Fernandes brand Sustainer pick ups... We are now a Dealer for the Sustainiac Pick Ups... i think the Fernandes is better in quality for sustain but the Sustainiac pick ups is far more superior in installation and selection!!!! ayways, let me know what your needs are!! thanks!!! vwall
still workin out the details with sustainiac.. from what they are tellin me, i am reconsiderring adding them on. their systems are a bit more complicated than the Fernades systems and in most cases they require additional mini HB purchases fromDuncan,. Im not sure im intersted in trying to sell a sustainiac and duncan pups to someone who jus twants a sustainer function... so i may just stay with fernandes bur i am still deciding and working out details with my contact at Sustainiac.. more details to comw... Gabe Nickelson
I know Sustainiac installs them for $100. $125 for more complex wiring. I'm going to let them handle my wiring on my guitar. Mainly because of the way I have my custom wiring laid out. Just too much room for mistakes and I'm not an expert on soldering. Gabe
vwall
not quite i uderstand the purpose of your post here Gabe... New years eve still lingerring around ;-) my thread was here to make it known that we aare a dealer for the products. And that we were gonna be a Sustainer Servive Center, No Sustainiac .... Im still not sure i want to carry Susatiniac.... But I am already set up with Fernades...
Gabe Nickelson
Someone posted a question about wiring diagrams. If sustainiac does the wiring (like I previously posted) then perhaps they might have them. If someone doesn't feel comfortable using a wiring diagram (like me), then I was simply suggesting that they can do the work for you. vwall
ahh, i see... then of course they have a video as well... you would also have to pay to ship the guitar out to them as well. BTW, does their installation iprice nclude the route where applicable???
Gabe Nickelson
ahh, i see... then of course they have a video as well... you would also have to pay to ship the guitar out to them as well. BTW, does their installation iprice nclude the route where applicable??? They'll do minor routing. If anything spectacular has to be done they'll charge all right. Plus, you must pay shipping both ways. It might be cheaper to find a local guitar tech to wire it up, I suppose... Gabe
