dsdesigns Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 I just installed the active electronics in my bass and after plugging it in, my volume control stays at one volume level. At 0 position, there is no volume but when I go to position 1, its quite loud and is the same volume to position 9. At position 10, it cuts off. I used Carvin 501B module and Carvin soap bar humbuckers. Also, the mid control does not seem to be working but I have read elsewhere that this particular model is known to need adjusting in regards to the mid. Otherwise it sounds amazing. Thanks Guys. I use the 501B on occasion, and it's seperate PCB's contain several components that could be contributing to your problem.
