sarradan
Hello everyone, I have a guitar body that was shot with 2 part poly at an autobody shop. A blister has developed about the diameter of a quarter on the back near the input jack cavity. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a fix other than stripping it down and starting over. Can glue be injected in? Thanks
Bizman62
I know nothing about fixing blisters in paint. However, if stripping down is the other option I'd try anything! What I do know is that super glue works both with wood and paint. A syringe with a very thin needle could be used to squeeze glue into the blister. The next question is about flattening the glued blister without making wrinkles.

I will have to do more research on how to distribute the glue and flatten the blister uniformly
