Overall, it looks pretty good! (Though it's hard to judge entirely from one mocked up screen. A splashy home page is easy... what are the catalog pages and order forms going to look like? That's where the user is going to spend the majority of their time.) You've got a fair amount of space dedicated to a big product shot on the main page, it works well at smaller screen sizes, and it's visually pretty vibrant.

However, there are some basic usability principles you should consider:

Don't do a Flash intro. A Flash intro is pointless. It puts another click between your potential customers and your products or services. If there's a "skip intro" button on it, it's obviously not important enough to have it there in the first place.

Having music start immediately with no option to turn it off is a faux pas. At least it fades out after repeating a few times.

Using gratuitous Flash for a site's main navigation has always struck me as a bad idea. Especially when you're using a lot of animation in the navigation. It's navigation through information, not a video game. When you have to sit there and wait for the menu to "drop down" from the top of the screen and all the text to fly in before you can navigate anywhere, it's poor user experience.

Just my initial thoughts. :D
