I'd like to be able to cut fine "teeth" into home-made files, like for example, I'd like to be able to round the edge of a piece of hacksaw blade, then cut fine "teeth" in it. I've done it with one of those brown Dremel cut-off discs, but it doesn't make the "teeth" as fine as you see on a nut-file, etc. Or something that can be used by hand, to make the "teeth" ? Obviously there's some kind of tool they use to do it. Rob Quote
