Extremist Posted July 21, 2004 Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 Hi there. For a long time I've taken issue with many traditional aspects to the electric guitar. In most cases I have found models that handle these - but never found a guitar that had all these modifications. Never found "the one". I have pretty particular needs and dislike most traditional parts. Anyhow - I was recommended here by one of Steve Vai's friends, and am so glad to find a place with people who are interested in these things. Currently I am finishing up some electrical decisions (basically the wire scheme) and body design for a custom model. I have the tools available and someone to help - and most of it's drawn out. Some of the customizations are so unique I wasn't sure how to find out how to do them, but many of them I see people here doing which is awesome.
